Washington Capitals head coach Adam Oates was photobombed in Columbus by an opposing fan who sat directly behind the bench, which added insult to injury during Thursday night's 5-2 loss to the Blue Jackets.
With about one minute remaining in the first period, the Blue Jackets fan was seen giving Oates "moose antlers". Later in the game, the fan gave Oates "bunny ears", followed by a thumbs-down.
Sure, it may be a bit childish, but it's not every day that a fan gets to photobomb an opposing team's coach. As long as the fan stays within the bounds of good taste, like in the case of this Blue Jackets fan, we have no problem with a little harmless fun.
