You would think that after getting a $50,000 fine and being benched for Thursday night's game for the infamous shoelace incident that J.R. Smith would start to take things more seriously and show a little remorse for his actions. Well, apparently not.
The Instagram picture above was allegedly taken at 1Oak night club on West 17th street in New York City, which shows Smith pretending to untie someone's shoe. Smith still seems to think that the whole thing is all a big joke.
The Knicks just beat the Miami Heat without Smith, and may soon realize that they are better off with him on the bench. Meanwhile, an anonymous NBA executive says that no other team would take Smith. If Smith doesn't wise up quick, his career could be heading to a dead end.
