Waiters stole a Nuggets pass on the defensive end and thought he had an easy basket, but Faried chased him down from behind and stuffed him with two hands. The Cavs bench, who stood up and were ready to celebrate a Waiters basket, was completely stunned.
Despite the setback, however, the Cavs came away with the 117-109 victory.
