LeBron James takes shot to the eye, still makes assist (Video)

Miami Heat superstar LeBron James was able to make an assist to teammate Ray Allen despite taking a shot to the eye just seconds earlier during the first quarter of Thursday night's game at AmericanAirlines Arena.

LeBron was leading the fast break when he ran into the shoulder of Los Angeles Lakers forward Ryan Kelly, losing the ball in the process. Play continued as LeBron was shaken up, as the Lakers missed their shot and the Heat got the rebound. The Heat passed it back to LeBron, and after the Heat set up on offense, LeBron made the perfect pass to Allen for the easy layup.

After taking a timeout to get his eye checked out, LeBron was OK and stayed in the game. LeBron finished with 27 points and 13 rebounds in the Heat's 109-102 win over the Lakers.
