Detroit Pistons forward Josh Smith threw down a windmill jam during the second quarter of Friday night's game against Brooklyn, and managed to do it despite getting smacked in the face by Nets forward Mirza Teletovic while in mid-air.
Although it did not appear that Teletovic intentionally hit Smith in the face when he extended his arm out to try to stop Smith's slam dunk, he was called for a flagrant foul on the play.
It was that kind of performance for Smith as he scored 23 points and added 8 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 blocks to help lead the Pistons to a 111-95 victory over the Nets.
