Kyrie Irving was named the MVP of Sunday's NBA All-Star Game after scoring 31 points and dishing out 14 assists to lead the East to a 163-155 come-from-behind victory over the West. Irving was 14-of-17 shooting, including 3-of-6 from behind the 3-point arc.
When given the trophy by new NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, players had to remind Irving to hold the trophy high above his head so the fans could see it.
