U.S. Olympic bobsledder Lolo Jones revealed that she was released from quarantine in the Sochi Olympic village due to an illness. Jones was quarantined as a precaution to ensure that her cold and flu symptoms did not spread to other athletes.
U.S. ice dancer Alex Shibutani wanted to take a selfie of himself with Jones, but had to settle for a pic from a distance due to the extenuating circumstances:
We'll see if Shibutani gets a selfie do-over with Jones later on in these Olympics.
