Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry covered up an embarrassing moment by turning a missed breakaway dunk into a 3-pointer during the first quarter of Friday night's game against the L.A. Lakers.
Curry stole a Lakers pass and led the breakaway down the court, but his one-handed dunk attempt bounced out of the rim. David Lee missed a follow up attempt, but the Lakers were slow getting back on defense, allowing Steve Blake to grab the rebound and pass it back out to Curry to sink the wide-open three.
Curry notched a triple-double for the game with 30 points, 10 rebounds and 12 assists in the 112-95 Warriors victory.
H/T FTW.
