Milwaukee Brewers center fielder Carlos Gomez took a swing that was so intense that he fell down to one knee and lost his helmet in his first inning at-bat during Saturday's game in Pittsburgh.
Gomez took a big hack and missed at the first pitch from Pirates pitcher Edinson Volquez, and Pirates fans got a good chuckle out of it.
Gomez went 1-for-5 in the game as the Brewers beat the Pirates 9-3.
