A New York Yankees fan took a break from eating his sandwich to applaud Seattle Mariners second baseman (and former Yankee) Robinson Cano as he came to the plate for his third inning at-bat during Monday night's game.
The fan put the sandwich in his mouth and left it there so he could stand up and clap for Cano. Considering that most of the Yankee fans in attendance were booing Cano for leaving the team for that big-money contract with Seattle, it made this fan's unusual move stand out that much more.
