Indians honor Derek Jeter with Lego mosaic and personalized guitar (Video)

The Cleveland Indians presented New York Yankees superstar Derek Jeter with a Lego mosaic portrait and a personalized guitar before Thursday night's game at Progressive Field.

It was Jeter's final game in Cleveland as he makes his farewell tour before his planned retirement at the end of the season. Jeter was greeted by former teammates Nick Swisher and Jason Giambi, who now play for the Indians, during the pregame ceremony.

The mosaic depicted Jeter hitting his first major league home run, which occurred in the 1996 Yankees season opener at Cleveland:

The custom Gibson Les Paul guitar was a nod to Cleveland being the home of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The guitar featured Yankee pinstripes and Jeter's number 2 with with "THE CAPTAIN" along the bottom.

Now these are some pretty cool gifts. Nice job by the Indians.
