A Texas Rangers fan was showing off a huge bruise he received after being drilled by a foul ball during Wednesday night's game against Houston.
In the top of the sixth, Astros batter Jon Singleton ripped a bullet foul just a few rows back of the Rangers dugout, hitting the fan in the midsection. The fan's wife ended up with the ball, but it was clear he did not go unscathed when he pulled up his shirt a few minutes later to reveal a huge bruise.
The fan's wife joined nearby fans in taking photos of the bruise with their cell phones. Something tells us this fan won't need a picture to remember the occasion, as he'll probably have that bruise for a while.
