Miami Marlins pitcher Tom Koehler had an embarrassing moment during Saturday's game against the New York Mets when he slipped and fell during a warmup toss.
It happened before the start of the bottom of the fourth inning as Koehler was delivering one of his warmup pitches. It seemed his left foot didn't plant properly, possibly getting a spike caught, which caused Koehler to slip off the rubber and fall on his backside.
Fortunately, Koehler was fine and was able to continue pitching, but you certainly don't see that every day.
