With Derek Jeter playing his final home game at Yankee Stadium this evening, people are looking back at the great moments of his 20-year MLB career. Jeter may not have been the greatest fielder, but he was known for his hustle in the field. In Game 3 of the 2001 ALDS, with the Yankees down in the series 2-0, Jeter made his amazing flip to Jorge Posada to throw out Jeremy Giambi at home plate. The play kept the Oakland A's off the scoreboard, helping to preserve a 1-0 shutout which kept the Yankees postseason hopes alive. The Yankees came all the way back to win the ALDS on their way to another World Series appearance.
