Seattle Mariners catcher Humberto Quintero accidentally knocked over a fan's cup of beer with a souvenir baseball during Sunday's game against Texas.
It happened in the bottom of the second as Rangers batter J.P. Arencibia hit a foul ball into the Mariners dugout. Quintero saw the fans in the front row behind the dugout and tried to be nice by tossing them the ball. However, Quintero didn't notice that one of them had two cups of beer perched on top of the dugout in front of them. The ball bounced on the roof and knocked over one of the cups, spilling the beer all over the fan's shorts.
The fan handled it well, acting like it was no big deal. We hope that the Mariners stepped up and bought him a new cup of beer.
