A singer who was performing the Canadian national anthem while skating around the ice wiped out after skating over the ceremonial carpet at center ice before Friday night's Penticton VEES junior hockey game in Canada.
"O Canada, our home and native land, whoa!"Despite the embarrassing (and possibly painful) spill, Mark Donnelly continued singing, even as he had trouble getting back to his feet. Kudos to Donnelly for being a true professional, although he may want to reconsider skating while singing.
It's not the norm for someone who sings the national anthem of their home country before a hockey game to skate around the ice while performing. Donnelly has proven why this may be a bad idea. We could watch this GIF all day...and we probably will:
