Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Radko Gudas delivered a brutal elbow to the head of Florida Panthers forward Scottie Upshall during Thursday night's game in Tampa.
Gudas somehow was not called for a penalty on the play, which makes you wonder how they could miss this. However, this play will likely be reviewed by the NHL Department of Player Safety, so hopefully justice will be served in this case.
