Apparently yelling "Hey!" is enough to get a foul call in the NBA, as proven by San Antonio Spurs point guard Tony Parker on this play during the fourth quarter of Friday night's preseason game against Houston.
We know it's the preseason for the officials as well, but whoever made this call on this play should be completely embarrassed.
