A Gonzaga student won $500 by sinking a half-court shot during a timeout in Monday night's game against SMU, but he probably deserved to win a lot more than that.
The student's shot hit the top of the backboard, but took the luckiest bounce ever. The ball went at least 10 feet straight up into the air, and came down with nothing but net.
Just like he called it (yeah, right). Definitely worthy of a nomination for the SportsCenter Top 10.
