Now here's something you never see: Buffalo Sabres right winger Patrick Kaleta punched himself in the face during a fight with Ottawa Senators defenseman Jared Cowen in the first period of Monday night's game at the Canadian Tire Centre.
It seemed that Kaleta punched himself in an apparent attempt to "wake himself up", as it led to a flurry of punches against Cowen. Not exactly a conventional fighting strategy - certainly not one that we would recommend.
