In Bundesliga soccer action from Germany, Schalke assistant coach Sven Hubscher was hit in the head with a large metal object thrown from the stands during Saturday's 2-1 loss to Cologne.
The impact left Hubscher bleeding, and he was taken to the dressing room immediately to get stitches for the gash on his head.

Police are investigating the incident, but as of yet no suspect has been apprehended.
