It happened while James was pleading his case after being called for an offensive foul. Blatt began arguing with the official to defend his player when James completely pushed Blatt out of the way.
This is not a good look for James or for Blatt, and it had to make for some interesting conversation at halftime with the Suns leading the Cavs by 8. You have to wonder whether Blatt can make it through the season, as he clearly doesn't have the respect of his best player. There's still time to get things straightened out, but James and Blatt need to get on the same page soon before things get even uglier.
