An unidentified Miami Hurricanes basketball fan appeared to give a little shove in the back to North Carolina State Wolfpack guard Anthony "Cat" Barber during the late stages of Thursday night's ACC college basketball game in Coral Gables.
Barber was getting up from the floor when he was shoved in the back by the Miami fan. Barber turned towards the fan and stared in disbelief, but did not retaliate.
The game finished without further incident as Miami beat N.C. State 65-60. Afterwards, Hurricanes coach Larranaga apologized on behalf of the fan:
UM coach Jim Larranaga apologized to NC State coach Mark Gottfried in the hallway after a fan pushed NCSU's Cat Barber.

No word yet as to whether the fan has been identified, but we hope some serious discipline is administered in this case. Fans shouldn't be touching the athletes. You just can't do that.
