Winnipeg Jets defenseman Dustin Byfuglien tried to sneak into the Washington Capitals huddle during a timeout in the second period of Thursday night's game in D.C.
The Capitals took a timeout at the 14:33 mark of the second period, and Byfuglien quietly skated close to the huddle in an apparent attempt to spy on them unnoticed. Byfuglien didn't get to see much before a linesman nudged him away from the huddle so the Capitals could go over their game plan undisturbed.
It didn't seem to help the Jets much, as the Capitals won the game 5-1.
