The Las Vegas Strip went dark for three minutes Wednesday night to honor legendary UNLV basketball coach Jerry Tarkanian, who died last week at the age of 84.
Tarkanian joined a short list of U.S. presidents and entertainers who have received the honor, including Elvis Presley and Frank Sinatra.
