Phoenix Suns forward P.J. Tucker and point guard Eric Bledsoe committed a silly first quarter turnover with a botched inbounds pass during Tuesday night's game against Houston.
After a Rockets basket that gave Houston a 17-8 lead, Tucker took the ball and was about to make the inbounds pass when Bledsoe called for it. Tucker already had his foot out of bounds when he tossed it to Bledsoe, leading to the turnover call once Bledsoe stepped out. Clearly not something you see in the NBA very often, and Tucker was not happy:
In the end, the Rockets beat the Suns 127-118 despite 32 points from Bledsoe. The Suns have now lost 5 of their last 6 games.
