The Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots got into a brawl in the final seconds of Super Bowl XLIX.
It happened as Tom Brady was taking a knee with 20 seconds left as the Patriots were winding down. The final Seahawks offensive drive had ended with an interception on the goal line, and their frustration boiled over. Trash talking turned into pushing and shoving, and then lots of punches were thrown.
In the end, Seahawks linebacker Bruce Irvin was labeled as the instigator (which was an accurate assessment based on the video) and was ejected for the remaining seconds of the game.
