Vancouver Canucks defenseman Alex Edler scored a goal that bounced off the backside of Arizona Coyotes goaltender Mike Smith during the third period of Sunday night's game in Glendale.
Edler scored the power play goal on a bank shot that hit the goalpost and deflected off Smith's back into the net.
Edler's goal broke the 1-1 tie and ended up being the game winner in the 3-1 Canucks victory, earning him the No. 1 star of the game.
