Miami Heat center Hassan Whiteside was ejected from Monday night's game against Boston for elbowing Celtics center Kelly Olynyk in the back of the head.
It happened during a Heat offensive sequence in the third quarter. Whiteside attempted to elbow Olynyk in the face, which Olynyk was able to block. However, just a few seconds later, Olynyk turned his back and Whiteside delivered the cheap shot to the back of his head.
Whiteside earned a flagrant-2 and was ejected, making it the second time that Whiteside has been tossed in just the last four games. Looks like Whiteside could use some anger management training.
The Celtics beat the Heat 100-90.
