Detroit Red Wings forward Justin Abdelkader scored the game-winning goal in overtime of Sunday's game against St. Louis despite his stick breaking in half as he shot it into the net.
Abdelkader was in perfect position for the loose puck, and his stick held together just long enough for him to push it into the net:
The Red Wings beat the Blues 2-1, with Abdelkader providing an assist on the first goal, which helped him earn the No. 1 star of the game.
