Doug Fister knocks cap off his head during windup (Video)

Washington Nationals starter Doug Fister knocked his cap off his head while starting his windup in a funny moment during the fourth inning of Monday night's game against Atlanta.

Fister recovered quickly, putting the cap right back on and getting a ground ball out to end the inning. Now that's good focus.

Unfortunately, Fister took the loss as the Braves beat the Nationals 8-4.
