Common sense would dictate that it would be impossible to have a Game 8 in a best-of-7 playoff series, but New York NBC TV affiliate WNBC seems to think the Islanders can do exactly that if they beat the Capitals on Monday night.
Needless to say, they're very, very wrong, which begs the question: How could they make such a ridiculous mistake?
