Curry hit eight 3-pointers in the game, needing only four to tie the record and five to break it, with the record-breaking shot coming with 4:29 remaining in the second quarter.
Curry had another MVP-type performance with 45 points on 17-for-23 shooting, along with 10 assists, as the Warriors beat the Blazers 116-105.
