Frank Kaminsky was drafted by the Charlotte Hornets as the number 9 overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft. As he walked to the stage to greet Commissioner Adam Silver, he opened his suit jacket in front of the camera to reveal pictures of two tanks, a reference to Kaminsky's "Frank the Tank" nickname.
