Henrik Stenson's ball was nearly stolen by a bird as his tee shot came to rest on the fairway at the 14th hole during Friday's second round of the British Open.
Not sure if the bird was looking for a snack or whether it thought the ball was an egg. Fortunately for Stenson, the ball was only moved a fraction of an inch by the bird, so no harm done.
It wouldn't have been the first time a bird interfered in a golf tournament, as we've seen a crow fly away with a golf ball in Australia a few months back.
H/T FTW.
