Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Kyle Lohse had three hits during Tuesday night's game against Philadelphia...along with one takedown.
In the sixth inning, Lohse beat out an infield single but was unable to avoid colliding with Phillies first baseman Ryan Howard, who leaped up to catch a high throw from shallow right field. Lohse ran right into Howard's back and they both fell to the ground, leading to this awkward moment:
It was Lohse's second three-hit game of his major league career. Lohse also pitched 6 1/3 innings and earned the win as the Brewers beat the Phillies 9-5.
