Albert Pujols and Clayton Kershaw will square off in a charity wiffle ball game next month, and they are giving a chance for some lucky fans to round out their roster.
Pujols and Kershaw are teaming up with Omaze.com to offer a couple of lucky winners the chance to join them for a game of wiffle ball at Angel Stadium to benefit their charities. The Kershaw Challenge works to improve the standard of living and quality of life for impoverished people in the Dominican Republic, while the Pujols Family Foundation provides awareness and meets the needs for individuals and families who live with down syndrome.
The contest is effectively an online raffle where fans can enter to win at Omaze.com/WiffleBall for as little as a $10 donation to the foundations. The winners and their guests will match up against Pujols and Kershaw, then meet both players for lunch. Afterwards, the winners will get to take in a Freeway Series game between the Dodgers and Angels in premium seating.
