Texas Rangers first baseman Mike Napoli was hit in the ankle by a pitch during the first inning of Wednesday night's game against Seattle. Napoli also had his helmet knocked off his head...by the same pitch.
The pitch bounced straight up off Napoli's ankle and knocked his helmet clean off. The video has to be seen to be believed, as not only is it rare to see this, but it's also amazing that Napoli didn't get hit in the face with the baseball.
