Bowling Green defensive lineman Mike Minns found a hilarious way to call for time during Saturday's season opener against Tennessee.
After his left shoe came off as the Tennessee offense was lining up for a play, Minns picked it up and tried to get the attention of the referees, but to no avail. So, rather than play without a shoe, he ran into the Tennessee backfield and "dropped dead".
Now that's called thinking outside the box.
