CoCo Vandeweghe let out some frustration by smashing her racket during the first set of Wednesday's second round match at the US Open against fellow American Bethanie Mattek-Sands.
Vandeweghe slammed the racket into her chair, then sat down and smashed it on the ground three times. After hearing cheers, she urged the crowd to get louder before standing up and letting loose with one last emphatic smash.
It was that kind of day for Vandeweghe, who lost the match 6-2, 6-1.
