Wisconsin Badgers safety Michael Caputo had to leave Saturday night's season opener against Alabama after suffering a head injury on the third play of the game.
After making a tackle on Crimson Tide running back Derrick Henry, it became obvious that Caputo wasn't right when he tried to line up with the Alabama offense.
The referees stopped play so that Caputo could be helped to the sideline. Once he got there, his helmet was taken away, so clearly Wisconsin medical staff took the situation seriously.
