Derek Fisher ejected for cursing out refs (Video)

New York Knicks head coach Derek Fisher was ejected from Sunday's game against the L.A. Lakers for cursing out an official to express his displeasure at a foul call on Kristaps Porzingis.

It happened in the third quarter as Porzingis got a piece of Kobe Bryant's hand on the follow-through as he was shooting a three-pointer. Although Fisher was on the opposite side of the court, he obviously was not happy with the call.

NY Daily News got a statement about the incident from head of officiating Mark Davis after the game:
“Fisher screamed, ‘F--- no.’ And then as I took one more step to report the foul, he said, ‘That’s f------ horrible.’ I tried to divert to go to halfcourt to see if I could give him a chance to settle down at which point he starts screaming and clapping in my face, ‘That’s horrible.’ He was assessed the first technical. After the first technical foul, he said again, ‘That’s f------ horrible.’ Then he got the second technical foul and was ejected.”

The video shows that Fisher was angry, but we don't see much of the screaming and clapping that allegedly took place, so we'll have to take Davis' word for it.

The Knicks stayed together without Fisher and won the game 99-95.
