Boston Bruins defenseman Adam McQuaid took a puck to the mouth during the second period of Wednesday night's game against Pittsburgh.
McQuaid was hit by an errant slap shot from Penguins defenseman Brian Dumoulin as he was battling with Evgeni Malkin.
McQuaid headed straight to the locker room to get treatment, but returned to the game later in the second period. Just another piece of evidence to prove that hockey players are tougher than we are.
The Bruins beat the Penguins 3-0.
