Miami Heat point guard Goran Dragic lost a tooth after taking an elbow to the face from Atlanta Hawks center Al Holford, but was still called for a foul on the play during the third quarter of Monday night's game at Philips Arena.
Dragic was defending Holford when he took the accidental elbow in the mouth.
There was a brief stoppage of play as the Heat medical staff located Dragic's tooth on the court.
Dragic came back into the game after the bleeding had stopped, finishing with 12 points, 8 assists and 7 rebounds as the Heat beat the Hawks 100-88.
