Dallas Mavericks head coach Rick Carlisle was ejected from Sunday night's game against San Antonio after earning a second technical foul for sarcastically clapping at a referee.
It happened just 43 seconds into the fourth quarter with the Spurs leading the Mavs 78-56. Carlisle earned his first technical for arguing a foul call on J.J. Barea with referee Sean Corbin. Clearly frustrated, Carlisle walked further out towards midcourt and had more words for Corbin, along with the sarcastic clapping.
Carlisle had clearly seen enough, and with the Mavericks losing by 22 points in the fourth quarter, he figured he might as well just call it a night.
