An Israeli soccer player became the latest victim of a stretcher fail by some hapless medics during an Israeli second tier match over the weekend.
Maccabi Ahi Nazareth's Moamen Saleh went down with an injury midway through the second half of their match against Maccabi Herzliya. Two medics came out with the stretcher to carry him off, but couldn't quite get the handle on it, leading to horrific or hilarious results, depending on your point of view.
After being dropped, Saleh became so fed up that he began to hop off the pitch with his one good leg until Nazareth's captain came to the rescue and carried him the rest of the way.
It's amazing how many times we've seen stretcher fails over the years, but it never gets old.
