San Fransisco Giants catcher Trevor Brown found himself in an awkward position when his shin guard got caught on the dugout step while coming out to start the bottom of the fourth inning during Sunday night's game against St. Louis.
Part of Brown's shin guard got hooked onto the top step of the dugout, which tore it up. Brown had to go back into the dugout to replace the braces that secure the shin guard to his leg. The game was delayed briefly until Brown was ready to play.
