Cincinnati Reds center fielder Billy Hamilton displayed his impressive athletic skill as he sprinted a long way to make an incredible diving catch during the sixth inning of Tuesday night's game against Texas.
Hamilton robbed Rangers batter Carlos Beltran of an extra-base hit by chasing it into left-center field and making the grab as he dove onto the warning track.
According to Statcast, Hamilton covered 123 feet with a maximum speed of 22 MPH.
Hamilton's catch seemed to inspire the Reds, who broke a scoreless tie in the bottom of the inning and went on to beat the Rangers 3-0.
