Marcos Baghdatis was given a warning from the umpire during Sunday's fourth round tennis match at the U.S. Open for using his cellphone during a break in the action.

Baghdatis admitted after the match that he was sending a quick text to his wife. It must have been REALLY important.
Baghdatis lost his match in straight sets to Gael Monfils.
