New York Mets second baseman Wilmer Flores has made a bold choice for one of his walk-up songs for home games at Citi Field: the theme from the classic television show "Friends".
Here is Flores walking up to the plate for his sixth inning at-bat in Sunday night's game against Washington as The Rembrandts' "I'll Be There For You" plays over the P.A. system.
Flores hit a single to left field and came around to score on a Jay Bruce home run, so this must be working for him.
H/T FTW.
